Multisensory Maths Services
We explicitly teach numeracy using the Maths-U-See Integer Blocks and Fractions, Decimals and Percent Overlays from Maths Australia.
- Multisensory Learning: Engaging students through visual, auditory, and kinesthetic activities to reinforce understanding and retention using the proven Build-Draw-Write-Say method.
- Structured Numeracy: Introducing numeracy concepts in a logical sequence, allowing students to build on their existing knowledge.
- Individualised Instruction: Tailoring lessons to meet the unique needs and learning styles of each student, bridging gaps and working from where they are at now to ensure progress and success at their pace through mastery of concepts.
What's included
Our multisensory lessons for numeracy are specialised and require specific knowledge, training and experience, therefore are slightly higher rates than our “Tutoring” services. The payment for lessons includes:
- Preparation of each individual lesson to build on what has been taught before and check for retention before moving on
- Delivering the lesson
- Write up of notes to ensure the scope of sequence of delivery is documented and followed
