
Alana has undertaken extensive training in Multisensory Learning (MSL) practices for both literacy and numeracy. She completed Year 12 Mathematical Methods in Year 11 and was awarded the Science Award in Year 10 at Trinity College Gawler River. Throughout her schooling, Alana consistently received academic awards, reflecting her strong skills, commitment, and capability to support students in their learning journey.
As a student with dyslexia herself, Alana brings genuine insight, empathy, and understanding to her work. She knows firsthand the challenges some learners face, as well as the strategies, perseverance, and effective use of resources that lead to success. This lived experience, combined with her academic strengths, allows Alana to connect meaningfully with students and support them in achieving their goals.
Her interests include reading, camping and spending time with family and friends.
