Payment Policy

1. Payments 7 days or over the invoice pay by date will attract a 10% late fee. The 10% will be added and sent as a separate invoice with a 5 day pay by date. This assists with the time and effort involved in chasing up payments. If this payment is not paid, an additional 10% will be added every 5 days until the payment is made.

2. If an invoice (any weekly invoice or term invoice payment) is 14 days or more past the invoice pay by date, then sessions will be cancelled for the remainder of the term. These may be reinstated the following term if payment is made and there are vacancies. However, they may not be able to be reinstated if we have people waiting and that spot has been allocated to someone else. Hence, the importance of paying on time to secure your spot.

3. If you pay late consistently (more than 2 terms of overdue payments) then upfront payments will be asked for before tutoring can commence. This will be a minimum of 2 weeks payment.

4. Sessions that are cancelled due to non-payment that still have a debt owing will be sent to an external debt collector within 7 days for payment.
